  • 3CA isn’t just a studio space,

it’s a living creative ecosystem. A cultural node. A future-forward hub shaped by community, purpose, and multidimensional expression. Here, independence and togetherness aren’t opposites: they feed each other.

Born from the vision of artists, entrepreneurs, and makers, 3CA ART HOUSE is a sanctuary for expression and a launchpad for collaboration. Boundaries between disciplines blur; private studios stay focused yet open into shared kitchens, a sunlit rooftop, and a fully equipped makerspace. What begins as a solo idea often becomes a collective momentum.

As a guest, you’ll feel the rhythm of the house: quiet studios in deep work, doors opening for spontaneous feedback, dinners that turn into brainstorms, test builds in the workshop, and rooftop previews at golden hour. Painters sit next to product designers, photographers swap notes with musicians, and curiosity is the common language.

Our values are simple and non-negotiable: mutual respect, generosity with knowledge, care for the space, and commitment to craft. We believe great work happens where people feel safe to experiment, supported to grow, and inspired by those around them.

If that resonates, come by meet the community, see the studios, and discover how your practice can plug into something larger without losing its edge. This is where creative independence meets communal inspiration.

  • 3CA is located in Lichtenberg across three connected buildings, stitched together by a leafy courtyard and garden. Around 60 artists call it home. Roughly 40 rent studios (many shared), and there’s capacity for ~10 additional rooms sized 12–20 m².

The house has a seasonal rhythm: in summer the rooftop becomes our common square; in winter the ground-floor kitchens and community rooms (plus the basement hangouts) pull everyone together. Practicalities are covered, heating, running water, kitchen facilities and there’s a dedicated woodworking room for building and prototyping.

This Lichtenberg chapter is planned to run through the end of 2025. Until then, we’re focused on keeping the energy high, the doors open, and the collaborations real studio by studio, dinner by dinner, project by project.
