- Location3CA by Preig is located in Rummelsburg, with a giant garden in the middle of the complex offering complete conceptual freedom. Each of the twenty apartments, with studios ranging from 20-200 sqm, either has a generous balcony or a garden. The large community garden in the middle connects all buildings.
- CommunityWe aim to establish a nurturing community of artists working community. Everyone has private space with the opportunity to meet in the large community areas, host workshops, and enjoy unlimited creative freedom. The whole property will be demolished and completely rebuilt, providing a blank canvas for full artistic expression without concerns about preserving existing conditions. This means it is a playground, giving artists complete creative freedom, with no boundaries.
- Individual ApproachJoin us in our early-stage admission and become part of a long-lasting, supportive, and growing community. We will look for similar properties, find places to work, and support each other. We are open to all artistic professions— create your studio for music, painting, sound healing, body art, or any other creative profession. We will select based on applications if necessary, building a community that engages with collectors, interacts, and nourishes each other.

Amenities: Running water, heating, community kitchen, option to integrate a personal kitchen, complete creative freedom, beautiful light, large balconies, big garden, community flat with maisonette and rooftop terrace.
Duration: Available until May 2025, with quarterly extension options depending on building plans.
No Deposit: No need to restore the space to its original condition after renting.
